My Story
I grew up on a farm in the beautiful Karoo, South Africa - the youngest of four children. As children we were blessed with amaizing parents and a childhood filled with love, security, and a deep sense of community. As our family has grown—both in children and grandchildren—we remain close-knit, each of us living in South Africa, carrying forward the traditions of love and togetherness.

My school years in De-Aar were filled with joy—friendships, sports, and an unforgettable hostel life that brought a burst of color to the quiet countryside. School was a time of discovery, and I found myself especially drawn to sports.

After school, I pursued my studies, and soon after, my father bought a boutique in Jeffreys Bay where I spent a few incredible years. It was here that my passion for beautiful clothes, modeling, and business all collided. It was a transformative experience that taught me so much about entrepreneurship and personal growth.

In Port Elizabeth, I met my husband, and after a few years, we got married. Our relationship and our family have always been at the core of everything we do. We’re blessed with two wonderful children and have enjoyed a rich social life surrounded by friends and love.

However, life took a turn when depression quietly crept into our home. Over time, it changed our world completely. Though we're still navigating the effects of those circumstances, we have been carried through by the Lord's incredible love and the unwavering support of our family and friends.

The past few years have deeply impacted every aspect of our lives, but through it all, I’ve learned to keep walking. Life, with its ups and downs, is like a journey through hills, valleys, streams, and mountains. But no matter where the path takes us, I’ve learned to look up—searching for the rays of light that break through, no matter the darkness around.

There is always hope, even in the toughest moments. I am not a psychologist or counselor, but I want to share what I’ve learned on this journey and perhaps offer you something that resonates with your own life. We all face challenges, but through it all, there is hope, and there is light.

My motto is simple: Step Up, Step In, Always Take Action. Whatever you're going through, know that you are not alone.
